ASINEX; a legal, fiscal and real estate consultancy, was founded by Andrea Royen in 1984.

Situated in Almuñecar, in the province of Granada, we offer our services along the Costa Tropical. Our multi-national team, who together speak five languages: Spanish, German, English, French and Dutch, offer assistance with all aspects of real estate as well as support for the financial organization and management of your home. We also organize all the necessary paper work, including tax declarations, for both residents and non-residents of Spain and navigate you through your dealings with the public authorities.

Our extensive legal service not only handles all the legalities related to real estate and living in Spain but also deals with such concerns as wills, probate, inheri-tance and litigation. We also work in collaboration with other International Law Firms when necessary.
